Hello, we're Cafe Calcio, AND WE ARE BACK! No, not the awesome cafe on the Crwys Road in Cardiff, but three guys (Chris Dixon, David Stubbs and Chris Roberts) based in London who make a show for http://soundcloud.com/resonance-fm discussing football in the cultural context. It's all a bit of a laugh, and topics covered in shows that you'll find here include stuff like architecture in football stadia, football's relationship with war, football in the former eastern bloc, fan's fodder and such like. We also get in some pretty useful guests: Jonathan Wilson, Crystal Palace FC chairman Steve Parish, Rafael Honigstein, Cass Pennant, Paul Trevillion... the list goes on, and will continue to do so as we bring you a new show each week (well, when we're in season).
