LIVING IN SYNC | Lifestyle & Wellness for Women in their 30sAuthor: Joelle Suess Podcast Producer & Entrepreneur
Welcome to the Living in Sync Podcast, I am your host Joelle Suess and on this podcast you are going to be hearing how you can live fully into the present moment of your life no matter what stage, season, or phase (of your cycle) you are in. I have been an accidental entrepreneur for over a decade. I have experience in direct sales, course creation, 1;1 nutrition coaching, and everything in between. For a long time I put myself into a box. At first it was at home fitness, then it was intentional productivity as a mom, then it went back to hormone health and cycle syncing, and now I am just sharing it all with you. I am going to be sharing solo topic episodes as well as amazing guest conversations about all the things. No matter if you are a stay at home mom, corporate climber, entrepreneur, or anything in between I hope you enjoy each weeks topics because it is going to be a blend of everything! Health, wellness, nutrition, and living in sync with your cycle will still be some of our highlighted topics but why do we have to be so obsessed with our bodies losing weight when life is so bountiful and beautiful. There is so much more to life! I am in the midst of evolving, changing, and challenging myself! If you are in for real life topics of conversation make sure you are following the show so you dont miss an episode! How to Get the Whole Family Eating Healthier
Episode 402
Monday, 12 January, 2026
In this episode, I’m sharing some of the small but powerful shifts that have helped our family eat healthier — without turning meals into a battle or making a million changes at once. As a certified nutritionist (and busy mom), I get how overwhelming it can feel to overhaul your family’s eating habits. So instead, I’m walking you through the mindset shifts and simple strategies I use to keep things realistic and sustainable — especially during busy seasons. We chat about: How to take quiet ownership of your family’s health (without forcing it) What the “thirds method” is and how it helps me build balanced plates Easy breakfast routines that start the day off strong Tips for handling picky eaters with less stress and more patience Why I don’t buy certain things at the store (and how that helps everyone win) How I stock our kitchen with healthy staples that actually get used This episode is all about progress, not perfection — and finding rhythms that truly support your family’s well-being. 💛 Thanks for tuning in! Come say hi on Instagram [@joellesuess] and tell me what small food shift you’re focusing on this week.
