In today’s episode, I discuss the concepts of overreaching, leading to overtraining and how that can turn into overtraining syndrome. I talk to you about the symptoms to look out for. I advise you how to reverse the symptoms of overtraining and how to build back your intensity and training load. I encourage you to think about whether you are getting the most out of your training volume and intensity. I also mention about wanting to do a podcast with a 'panel' of women currently going through perimenopause and menopause for a future episode.
