Hell is a real place. It is the city once known as Chicago now know as Shing-Shicago in the year 2039. War has ravished and divided the USA. In 2035, the uber wealthy and politicians boarded a one-way rocket to mars and beyond. This left the USA for the taking and the start of the Communist - Christian wars. Here we are today, the East and West Coasts, and Midwest are under Chinas Rule in The New Republic of Chinamerica. While the South, the plains and Rocky Mountains are known as One Nation Under God With their HQ in Salt Lake City. Most citizens fall in line, living what they call the new normal. Some have taken up the mantle of protector of those who cant protect themselves. Such is the mission of the vigilante known as the Cyber Phantom.
