On this episode, Lauren is joined by the wonderful Northern Irish singer, songwriter David C Clements.Following the release of his debut album 'The Longest Day in History' in 2016, David has established himself as one of Northern Ireland's most distinctive voices.In the eight years since the release of his debut album, Clements has toiled through creativity's long winters and now offers up 'The Garden', an 11-track record featuring songs written with Iain Archer and Jacknife Lee.Released in September this year via Third Bar Record, Clements writes about empathy and escape, the mundane and the unmeasurable.This podcast is recorded on the lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation.
