Episode 3 "Strike 1" of the Diverging Clear Podcast discusses the Canadian Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) decision to order the the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference back to work and to continue negotiating a contract with the Canadian National (CN) and Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) and if this decision could have implications on rail contracts on the American side of border. I also discuss Alan Shaw being terminated as CEO of the Norfolk Southern Railroad for an "inappropriate relationship".
