We also need to change our position every two minutes. We also should not be living in our fight and flight nervous system. However, with the workload we have in 2020, annoying co-workers, and narcissistic bosses - WTF should we do? Join me for candid, in-depth, and real conversations about the problem we are in and what we can do to get out of it.
