This week on Oy With the Terror, Danielle dives into the shocking rise and fall of Jen Shah, the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star whose lavish lifestyle and vague “marketing empire” were ultimately exposed as part of a massive federal fraud scheme targeting vulnerable victims. From reality TV fame to prison time, Danielle breaks down how the scheme worked, the arrest that stunned Bravo fans, and the consequences that followed.Then, Sandra talks about Southern Vermont College located in Bennington VT. The college was founded in 1926 as St. Joseph Business School. It wasn't until 1974 when it moved to the Edward Hamlin Everett Estate in Bennington VT. Unfortunately the school closed in 2019 and is now being turned into a resort. Although it is no longer a college campus, the land has many different types of hauntings.
