A rich Korean heir, a budding entrepreneur, a shrewd investor and a passionate lover. These are some of the many roles Jerald Low played throughout his criminal career. The 27-year-old is arguably Singapore's most prolific serial scammer, his crimes ranging from investments, property and love scams to telco fraud. By the time he was arrested, Low had almost S100,000 in his pocket, charming his victims into believing that he came from a wealthy family with unrealised ambitions and that he was looking for a soulmate.
