In our first episode of season 2 of Aguilar Radio , we sit down with Yvette Young and David Adamiak of Covet to talk about their latest album "Technicolor" and the unique musical relationship they share as musicians, band mates, and artists. Founded by guitarist Yvette Young, Covet brings listeners into a unique sonic landscape with the intention of fusing lush post rock soundscapes with the subtle technical intricacies of progressive rock. Along side bassist David Adamiak, Yvette and David creatively weave together rhythm and melody in an almost conversation like fashion. They listen with such a deep intentionality to create a collective sound that dynamic, complex, and other-worldy. With Covet, the sum is truly greater than the parts.
