We are all creating the directors cut of our own lifes story. In The Edit, we reframe our relationship with success so we can be our best selves and shine. Lets pause perfection and play authenticity. Heather Zara is the owner and CEO of Zara Creative, a Detroit-based video production studio that helps forward-thinking brands make meaningful connections with their audiences. She was mostly recognized for her on-air work with WDIV-TV Local 4 the NBC station in Detroit and also reported for MSU Athletics, The Detroit Pistons on Fox Sports Detroit and delivered sports updates on WWJ and 97.1 The Ticket. 4. The Power of Presence with Anese Cavanaugh
Thursday, 24 June, 2021

I’m so excited to introduce our next guest, Anese Cavanaugh. Anese is an entrepreneur, an author, a speaker and the creator of the IEP Method® (Intentional Energetic Presence®), and also one of my good friends and someone I look up to for guidance on all things. Anese is devoted to helping people show up and bring their best selves to the table in order to create significant positive impact in their lives. I have seen her speak, taken her live workshops, read her books and worked with the tools she has created and I am a better leader and human because of her. This conversation is about to blow your mind, seriously. In this episode we touch on some profound ways of thinking, helping us reframe our mindset and prioritize our own needs so that our cups are full. Because how the heck are we supposed to pour for others if our cup is empty?! Let the cup runneth over! The first step -- continue listening. So let’s all take a moment to settle in, open our minds and make space for some of this wonderful magic.
