Today, we are talking about a topic that is getting more attention, but still isn't widely popular to talk about: anxiety. From a very, very young age, I have dealt with anxiety and although every person's experience is different, I want to share with you my story and how I have learned to live a full life in spite of my anxiety. Dealing with anxiety can be overwhelming. Personally, I know when I am eyeball deep in my own anxiety, it's hard to see my own worth or what positive outcomes I am capable. That's why, no matter what mental health status I am facing, daily, I speak positivity into my life. Literally. When the days are the darkest, that's when we need light the most, but in an ironic twist, it's also the hardest time to find any positivity. That's why I surround myself with positive affirmations so that even when I don't feel like being encouraging to myself, I still can. Want to use this tool, too?
