Coss Marte is a former NYC drug kingpin who ran the biggest drug delivery services in the city. While incarcerated he worked out everyday to get in shape, and even started helping other inmates train and get fit. This inspired Coss to start his business, Conbody. A prison inspired gym and training regimen that is focused on body weight, prison style workouts.
