In today's episode, I speak about empowerment. We all want our kids to feel empowered; resilient, confident, strong etc., but more often than not, we are trying hard to empower our children when deep down, we don’t actually feel empowered ourselves. The problem is that more than our words, our children learn from how we lead out and model. To TRULY help our children to be and feel empowered, WE need to first be and feel empowered within ourselves. I speak about what I believe and experience true empowerment to be and how to gain empowerment for ourselves and for the leadership of our kids.
