The Madrid Masters begins on Wednesday. This Week in Tennis hosts Craig Doyle and Phil Naessens break down the men’s side of the draw—topics include; Novak Djokovic skips Madrid–will the fans even notice? 10 different men have won ATP titles on the dirt this season–will we see an eleventh? Playing in Madrid is difficult because of the altitude. Jannik Sinner has a difficult draw. Carlos Alcaraz has a sore arm and 1000 points to defend. Casper Ruud and Stefanos Tsitsipas are both playing well. The top half of the draw is difficult. The guys share their thoughts on the favorites, sleepers, and maybe some surprises in store.
