They support preschool children with physical disabilities and delays and their families. They are the only charity in the county providing this type of support free of charge. Since 2006, their highly qualified and experienced team has supported over 440 physically disabled children and their families in accessing specialist therapy, advice, and support. The end goal is for the children to reach personal development milestones and achieve better life outcomes and for families to build resilience to cope with the challenges ahead.Niki Michael is Playskill’s first CEO. She had previouslyworked as Head of Fundraising and moved into the permanent CEO role in December 2023. Niki has more than 20 years’ experience of raising funds across multiple income streams, strategy development and people management.
