The road to hell is paved with good intentions, they say, and maybe it's true! I had intended to back on my usual programming schedule beginning last week but then I got hit with the flu :'( I'm feeling much better but my voice is still a little froggy. SO I decided instead of recording another chapter of Planet of Exile with a weird husky voice, I'd instead record a little chatty episode about new year goals, body-grief, aging (my birthday was yesterday), and how to cope with ever-changing abilities.
