Nearly 50% of kids in the United States who are diagnosed with ADHD dont receive adequate treatment. 62% of them are on prescription medication to deal with ADHD and secondary mental disorders. The problem with prescription medication is it is known to be a life long addiction and does not provide solutions for the 85% who show secondary behavioral, depressive and anxiety disorders and does not translate to sustainability for a lifetime. Its time to introduce a sustainable model by helping learn actionable material without counseling and medical intervention.

Stuffing Your Emotions And What Happens.
Episode 9
Thursday, 28 May, 2020

This episode is taken from a group call explaining what happens when you feel like everything is alright.   When you bend the truth and don't deal with what's going on underneath, we set ourselves up for further pain.  It is an easy thing to say “be yourself” but quite another thing to know who you truly are. How can you be yourself if you do not know that self? Therefore, the process of individuation becomes seeking after self-knowledge.  When you conclude you stop seeking.
