Advocacy Update: Proposition 35

CalACEP Executive Director, Elena Lopez-Gusman, joins us on the podcast for a legislative and advocacy update.This time we are talking about Proposition 35 - a ballot measure to earmark the MCO tax to improve funding for Medi-Cal.
