The second episode of Millennial Momentum in Municipalities is entitled, From Planner to Policy maker (AGAIN) with Council member Kirkland Carden. Kirkland is a city council member in the City of Duluth, Georgia and wants to make Duluth a desirable place to live while attracting and retaining the next generation of young people. He is committed to Gwinnett County and recently announced his candidacy to be Gwinnett County's next Commissioner in District 1.
