Keith Urban是一个在新西兰出生的澳大利亚乡村歌手，曾获葛莱美奖及澳大利亚唱片工业协会音乐奖（ARIA Music Awards）。生在新西兰，澳洲长大的Keith urban六岁就开始学习吉他，除了吉他课程，他还加入一支少年剧团，学习歌舞与戏剧的表演，而这些对他日后的演艺生涯都有着许多的帮助。Keith urban从小就在父亲的熏陶下酷爱美国乡村音乐。在苦练吉他技巧之后，他将摇滚带入乡村音乐中，形成他独一无二的摇滚乡村风格。
