The Rams and Matthew Stafford are on a heater; there's zero doubt about that. They're traveling to Carolina on Sunday which is set to be a sloggy 1pm ET game, in a window where Sean McVay is historically really good. They're also 10pt favorites. The Panthers are the definition of a .500 football team but have shown throughout the season (at points) that they shouldn't necessarily be taken lightly.
