A high-fat diet may affect your ability to adapt to time changes

In this episode of the What's Work Got To Do With It? podcast, OHSU School of Nursing and OccHealthSci Assistant Professor Andrew McHill discusses findings from a recent study that looked at the impact of a high-fat diet on the body's ability to adjust to time changes like daylight saving. According to Dr. McHill, based on the study's findings, individuals who eat a high-fat dies may expect their bodies to have a harder time adjusting to time changes like daylight saving or jet lag.
