Plus, we question a suspiciously AI-looking NFL video, which is another good reason not to believe everything you see online.Eventually, we stumble onto our next billion-dollar business idea: Brine and Blanch, a restaurant at Ford Field serving turkey prepared in ways nobody asked for. We try to figure out what blanching actually is, compare meal prep disasters, and spend a surprising amount of time talking about sandwiches.
