Holly Shick is Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC). She is also Vice Chair of the Board of the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum and a member of the Board of Governors of the Partnership for Clean Competition. In this episode, Holly explains why the USOPC created her role in 2020, how the ethics and compliance environment at the USOPC has evolved over the past six years, and the role that she and her team play in major competitions like the recent 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.
