MANAGEMENT’S STATEMENT OF PURPOSE I want to make everyone around me happy. My portfolio includes everybody –EVERYBODY. What is happiness? In the work field happiness comes from – accomplishment, fulfilling the desired results, achieving, performing and smooth functioning. My purpose is to provide an atmosphere where functioning is smooth. I try to help people fulfil their desire to be the best by providing means and methods to accomplish the best. I try to get information about what people around us are doing and try to share it with everyone in my organization. I try to provide milestones. My purpose is to show confidence in the team by appreciating and supporting them. My purpose is to make leaders who are able to build happy and progressive atmosphere. My purpose is to be happy.
