In this episode we are introducing our very first guest the amazingly talented and brilliant Apostle Julia Covert! We are delving into all the ways that Black families can support each other in maintaining and recovering our mental health in the face of white supremacy, personal, and emotional violence. We will discuss our families journey with depression and anxiety, give tips to families to maintain the mental health of themselves and their family members. We will also hear an snippet of my brilliant mother's memoir The Voice of God/ Spirit of Intimidation. We'll keep it all the way real on this the journey of life and the difficulties and victories of maintaining our mental health during COV-19.
