As someone who has achieved a masters degree in her field, is a fellow survivor, and has over a decades worth of experience in working with maternal narcissism, women's circles, and psychotherapy. Charlotte has lived and breathed healing mother wounds and trauma all her life. Having built her own private practice, she knows the strategies and tools to empower women and help them heal from their trauma in safe and authentic space. After spending 2 years living in a young peoples hostel in Hertfordshire whilst doing her GCSEs and A levels, Charlotte now lives in a peaceful Hertfordshire village with her husband, twins and dogs Dharma and Daisy.
