Adolescence hit me hard. I explore it in epsiode 1 season 5 It showed me what happens when boys grow up without direction — when fathers stay silent. It botheres me. So I built a framework. In this episode, I share the 4 roles I hold as a father. The 4P's. Roles I fail at. Roles I return to. Roles that help me protect what matters. There's also a 5th role — one most men ignore.
