Episode 139. Stress LessIf you really want to perform your best then you're going to need to learn how to deal with, handle, mitigate, remove, lessen the negative stressors in your life. There are positive and negative stressors in your life. There always will be. (Hopefully, running is an example of a positive stressor.) And if you want to run your best, perform at your best, be your best then you need recover from those positive stressors in your life and remove or deal with the negative stressors in your life in a better and healthier way.
