How Does my Attachment Style Impact my Realtionships
Episode 2
Wednesday, 19 February, 2020

What is my attachment style?  Why does it matter?  Evidence shows that people end up in relationships with partners who confirm their existing beliefs about attachment relationships, so we are essentially recreating the same relationships dynamics we had with our caregivers/parents even if that dynamic was unhealthy. This month  guest speaker Lucien S. joins me in talking about relationship attachment styles and how they affect our relationships currently. Lucien is a graduate student currently pursuing his masters degree in social work has been in the field of psychology/social work for some time now.  Take a listen and thanks for going me for another episode. Below you can find links to resources such as books and websites to continue to learn more about attachment styles.  Resources Books 1.
