These are my daily doses of real and raw human conversations about the true meaning of finding yourself through your inner world and play. Throughout our lives, we've been conditioned to rely on external sources to give us feedback on who we are and what we're worth. I want to deconstruct this flawed idea that our true selves are found outside of us. I want to highlight the struggles, the beauty, the funny, and the vulnerable parts of being alive. I speak from my heart as well as aim to connect with other human beings who are living authentically. Through this podcast, I would like to harbor a childlike spirit and cast away any expectations of what it should be and shouldn't be. I will be having conversations from the heart as well as interviewing friends and human beings that inspire me to step out of my comfort zone and step into my truth.
