Hello lovely listeners! It’s been a while eh? We are dropping in briefly with an episode spanning six months in the life of Trumpet soloist and principal of Britten Sinfonia, Imogen Whitehead.Part one of this pod was recorded back in May when Imogen was launching her debut album Connection with a concert at St Martin in the Fields. We chatted about some of the tracks - including her work with renowned sports psychologist Dr. Pippa Grange and with friend of TIAB Charlotte Harding.Imogen also discusses the hazardous filming of a music video and the level of work that goes into singlehandedly releasing and promoting an album…turns out it’s quite a lot!
