Day-two offer $345k. Passed. Forty-plus showings. Missed a $355k investor counter. Appraisal: $345k. Same number as the first offer.Quirky floor plan plus an emotional tie. He used to live two doors down.Now a rental at $2,550 a month. Cash flows a couple hundred after the manager.Also this week: two $2M+ agent deals under contract in one day.
