While the show airs locally in the Minneapolis-St. Paul media market, it can also be heard live online at twincitiesbusinessradio.com and is uploaded to CSP Bears Podcast weekly. This is the 12th episode of 2025-26. Langfellow is joined by freshman Alex Kopetzki from the men's team and sophomore Avery Moeller from the women's team.
