On this new season episode, we re-acquaint ourselves with Ben Wilson, one of The Impact Sessions Host, Nick Bramley's favourite guests from the original series (Episide 6) - and he is back for another cracking episode. Ben runs a second generation family manufacturing business employing about 50 people varying from Apprentice level team members and semi-skilled operatives to highly experienced Supervisors, Managers and Leaders across the team.
