In this episode, we hear from Philippa Woolf, Founding Director of ACIM Solutions, a local training provider for professionals working in regulatory or emergency services roles, or in community based positions. Before establishing ACIM Solutions, Philippa worked with the NSW Police Force for 26 years, experience that has enabled her to offer unique insight into some of the challenges faced by women training and working in this sector.
