Financial education for youth is essential. Imo the youth that are financially educated are more likely to succeed financially as adults. The first step is to make them grasp the concept of what money is. Is it a piece of paper, a couple of coins, a gold bar, a credit card, a number on a bank account, crypto currency, real estate, a job, a tool for value transfer? Who knows, but get the conversation started..
