What if manipulation doesn't always look like manipulation?In this 20-minute conversation, I explore the subtle ways the need for validation is masterfully executed through manipulation. Even if you have to lie, deny and exaggerate your unconscious goal is to get the validation you never got from your father or mother. A hole that can never be filled but instead creates more disconnect in your relationships. When an unfilled child runs your life it will never choose an adult behavior of accountability. Without awareness, and accountability there is never a depth of romance or connection with those nearest and dearest to you.
