Erika and Cheyne, founders of Origin Beer Project, fit together like puzzle pieces. He was raised by his single mother and a tribe of strong women. She was raised by her father surrounded by four brothers. He was a born builder, tinkering with legos and other blocks from a young age. She learned to be assertive and loud, helping her survive in a male-dominated industry. They both have always valued the process of creating from scratch, a trait passed down from hard-working grandparents. While they both had a strong family foundation, they have taken to their second family, and more broadly, their community of Providence, Rhode Island. Origin Beer Project is a byproduct of that communal support. They are builders. They value the process of creating from scratch. They are puzzle pieces, completing each other with complimentary upbringings.
