Brooklyn native, Nickeema Lyte, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She has served in the mental health sector for over ten years by providing individual therapy support, group sessions, and workshop series that address (managing anxiety, healthy interpersonal relationships, overcoming self-sabotage and navigating depression and grief).Nickeema has a heart to see people operate at optimal mental, emotional, and relational levels.
