You Need Patience for SLOW Profits in Real Estate Investing

Too many beginner real estate investors push all their chips in the middle and bet that they can become huge rehabbers or wholesalers. They pass up deals that would turn into rentals because they say the profits are too slow. They don’t like making a couple hundred bucks of profit per month. They’d rather have big chunk profits like $30,000 or $40,000 or more per deal. If they never do a deal though before going back to the 9-5 job, was it worth it?
