Ep. 27 - 7 Months Travelling in Costa Rica & Mexico

I recently came back from a life changing trip abroad to Costa Rica and Mexico, which I went on while most of the world was shut down due to the pandemic. In this episode I discuss: -What sparked my desire to travel, the original trip I had planned that got cancelled and how I had to be open to my plans evolving -Making the decision to go back to the community in Costa Rica and doing a 3 month work exchange program -My fears of travelling and not wanting to be stuck in Canada during the winter and in another lockdown -Experiencing and overcoming the 3 biggest fears people avoid, the fear of rejection, the fear of failure, the fear of death -What going through an ego death feels like -The various challenges I faced while travelling abroad -How I kept feeling the intuitive pull to go to Mexico alone and what finally gave me the courage to go -Dating a wonderful guy for a short time while I was in Mexico that a psychic had predicted would happen -How to perfect opportunity to go to Tulum presented itself & I lived with my friend for a month -What the surprisingly hardest part of being away was -How doing the work in Embodiment helped me immensely while I was travelling and experiencing difficult moments -My favourite parts of living in a community, what my days looked like, going to ceremonies and dance parties in the forest -My experience dating a variety of people after not dating for over a year during the pandemic and the various fun adventures I went on -How I feel excited and hopeful for the future, feeling clear that I need to go back to Tulum after living there for a month Sign up for the Embodiment Waitlist HERE.
