James is the Founder and Consulting Principal at Solid Cyber Advisory and Solution Services, LLC, delivering cyber success to organizations of all sizes in public and private sectors. Before that, James was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the state of South Carolina where he led cyber strategy, security technology services, risk management, and multi-disciplinary response coordination.James also served as Agency CISO for the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
