In this episode, Channa Channa Channa talks to Scottish singer, formerly of the band H20, Ian Donaldson. Channa saw Ian performed live at new wave festival in Manila. Previously signed by RCA with H20, Ian Donaldson has enjoyed a fruitful music career - heavily played by John Peel in the 1980’s. Their first single ‘I Dream to Sleep’ spent 16 weeks in the UK Top 40 charts, peaking at number 17. Ian has just returned from headlining a New Wave Concert at OKADA Manila in the Philippines in late July. Ian Donaldson will release his new single ‘The Alchemy of Us’ on 30 September 2022. Following on from his much talked about first single ‘All I Have Is Forever’ on Alan McGee’s label.
