Brian Vogt here and I am standing in front of 2800 Smokehouse Way in Belleville, Illinois. It is probably close to if not, possibly the best choice you would have if you’re military coming in the Scott Air Force Base and pcs’ing in the next week or so. It has four bedrooms, it has four bathrooms, it has a finished downstairs. It has a side load garage. It’s fenced in, it has a patio and a deck that's amazing. It has woods behind it for privacy, which everyone loves. The lake is nearby, but you also have a fence to keep the kids and the pets safe. So you can go fishing and do some canoeing. It has just about everything you can think of. On the outside. but as I mentioned, it has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, finished basement that has close to 1,000 square feet, a fantastic place for entertaining. It has a bonus room where you can put that office space in or maybe even use it for an extra bedroom. Upstairs, it has hardwood, floors in the kitchen, it has stainless steel appliances, it has a living room/dining room combination which is fantastic. Right now, it's being used as an office, which a lot of people could understand that given the changes we've had with past couple of years. It has bay windows on the inside.
