IANR 2636 090526 Here’s our exclusive interview of Dr Sanjeev Kumar on Sat, September 5, 2026 on Indo American News Radio (www.IndoAmerican-news.com), a production of Indo American News. In an apparent case of overzealous bureaucraticoverreach, since April 2024, the Federal Department of Justice has been pursuing allegations of Medicaid fraud against a respected gynecologic oncologist, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar, and his 12-year medical practice in Memphis. On a note from Medicaid, FBI Agents raided his office to investigate why he performed 9 times more procedures than competitive groups and fell in the statistical outlier area, even as Medicaid itself praised his work. In September 2024, the Tennessee Medical Board dismissed all charges against him. Undeterred, the DOJ pressed on and filed charges of sexual assault, rape and human trafficking against him.
