The Matt Brewer Story "A football player playing baseball"
Episode 127
Thursday, 8 October, 2026

A very special and unique football and baseball journey for my good friend Matt Brewer. A 3x All State selection his Sr year at SHG (WR/Safety), and as a OF/P, Matt ended up getting snubbed collegiately by his true love football. Never one to cry over spilt milk, Matt webt crazy in baseball his SR year and got himself a D1 schocalship to SIU-C in the MVC confernace where he went on to have a very strong 4 year career. The Diamondbacks signed him as a free agent pitcher and he spent one year in their org before hanging it up and heading to law school. Matt is now the best workers comp lawyer in Springfield (my lawyer), and one of my better friends. I think the world of thios guy. Enjoy!
