A brief policy analysis of H. Res. 67: Expressing the moral responsibility of the congress to end adult and child poverty in the United States. Before the Covid 19 pandemic 1 in 7 children in the US we’re living in poverty, that is 10 million children. This policy analysis reviews how other countries are reducing their own poverty rates and how the United States could do do as well with the implementation of H. Res 67.
