Welcome back to another episode of Organs, Tissues & Other Issues. In this episode, co-hosts Karyssa and Siv are joined by their friend Olivia. Olivia is a nursing student who also has chronic illnesses. Olivia shares her story to help raise awareness, specifically for kidney health. Olivia is the one who inspired the Kidney Health Awareness shirts. They talk about Olivia’s story, her medical journey, the impact it has had on her life, the good and the bad, and what she is doing now. This episode was supposed to go up in March – but unfortunately there were some technical difficulties, we apologize for the delay!
